Elizabeth Talbot RD, MPH is a Registered Dietitian from Toronto, Ontario. A proud St.FX alum, Elizabeth completed both her Bachelors of Science in Human Nutrition with Honours and her Integrated Dietetic Internship at St.FX.
After completing her dietetic training, Elizabeth moved to Boston, Massachusetts where she completed her Masters of Public Health at Tufts University. She is looking forward to developing and implementing food and nutrition related community programming on campus and within the larger Antigonish community.
Elizabeth is familiar with the Sodexo team, having completed part of her dietetic internship training with Sodexo back in 2022. She is excited to re-join the team and work with students to ensure they have a positive experience navigating food and nutrition on campus!
